1. Agreement
By subscribing to Lemo IPTV you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not subscribe. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above, and continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
2. The service
We provide access to an IPTV streaming service for the term you purchase. Access is delivered as credentials that you enter into a third-party player application of your choice. We do not supply hardware, and we do not supply the player application itself.
3. Acceptable use
Your subscription is for personal, private use. You must not:
- Share, resell or redistribute your credentials to anyone outside your household, unless you are an approved participant in our reseller program.
- Exceed the number of simultaneous connections included in your plan.
- Record, rebroadcast, or publicly exhibit any content received through the service.
- Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer or interfere with any part of the service or its infrastructure.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Accounts found sharing credentials beyond their connection limit may be suspended without refund.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for the internet connection and equipment needed to use the service, and for ensuring your use complies with the law where you live. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Service availability
We work to keep the service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content is delivered from source feeds that we do not own or control, and individual channels may change, degrade or become unavailable without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific channel, event or item of content will be available at any particular time.
Maintenance, upstream provider issues, network faults and force majeure events may cause interruption. Where a confirmed service-side outage materially affects your subscription, contact us and we will credit the affected period.
6. Payment and term
Subscriptions are sold for fixed terms of three, six or twelve months and are paid in advance. There is no automatic renewal — your subscription simply ends at the end of the term unless you choose to renew. Prices are as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before subscribing.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, particularly for credential sharing, connection-limit abuse, attempted fraud, or abusive conduct toward our staff. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund of the remaining term.
You may stop using the service at any time. Your subscription will not renew automatically.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost time, missed broadcasts or any inability to view a particular event.
10. Third-party services and content
The player applications used to access the service are made by third parties and are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for those applications, nor for the content of any external site linked from this one.
11. Governing terms and contact
