How to set up Lemo IPTV on any device
The same five steps work everywhere. Below them are the device-specific instructions for Firestick, smart TVs, Android, Apple devices and computers.
How do I set up Lemo IPTV?
Setup takes about five minutes and follows the same five steps on every device: install a player app, choose your login method, enter your credentials, wait for the channel list to load, and start watching. Only the app installation differs between platforms.
Install an IPTV player app on your device
Use your device app store where the player is listed there. On Firestick and some Android TV boxes you may need to install it manually instead.
Open the app and choose your login method
Select Xtream Codes if you have a server address, username and password. Select M3U if you have a single playlist URL.
Enter the credentials we sent you
Type them carefully rather than pasting. Passwords are case-sensitive and copied text often carries a trailing space.
Wait for the channel list and guide to load
The first load pulls the full lineup and programme guide, which can take a minute or two. Subsequent launches are fast.
Start watching
Browse by category, open a channel and it plays. The app remembers your credentials, so you only do this once per device.
Before you start
- Your credentials from us — a server address, username and password, or an M3U URL.
- A stable internet connection. The FCC broadband speed guide puts 4K streaming at around 25 Mbps.
- A device from the list below, and its remote or keyboard for typing a password.
- A few minutes. Do not start this five minutes before a match kicks off.

Amazon Firestick & Fire TV
Open Settings, then My Fire TV, then Developer Options, and turn on installs from unknown sources.
Install the Downloader app from the Amazon Appstore.
Use Downloader to fetch your chosen IPTV player, or install it from the Appstore if it is listed.
Open the player, choose Xtream Codes, and enter your credentials.

Samsung & LG smart TVs
Open the TV app store — Samsung Apps on Tizen, LG Content Store on webOS.
Search for an IPTV player and install it. No sideloading is needed or possible here.
Open the player and select your login method.
Enter your credentials with the remote, taking care with case-sensitive characters.
Android phones, tablets & TV boxes
Install an IPTV player from Google Play.
If your player is not listed, install it from the developer’s own site rather than an APK aggregator.
Open the app and choose Xtream Codes or M3U.
Enter your credentials and let the playlist load.

Apple TV, iPhone & iPad
Open the App Store and install an IPTV player that supports Xtream Codes.
Apple does not permit sideloading, so everything comes from the App Store.
Open the player and add a new playlist or account.
Enter your credentials and wait for the guide to populate.

Windows & Mac
Install a desktop IPTV player, or use VLC if you only want to test quickly.
In VLC, choose Open Network Stream and paste your M3U playlist URL.
In a dedicated player, add an account using the Xtream Codes details instead.
Desktop is the fastest way to confirm an account works before setting up a TV.
What if something goes wrong during setup?
Almost every setup problem is one of three things, and each has its own page because the fixes are genuinely different.
- The app rejects your credentials. Usually the wrong login method or a typo — see login troubleshooting.
- You cannot work out which app to install. The app and APK guide covers what to use on each platform and what to avoid downloading.
- Everything installs but nothing plays. Check whether the problem is on our side using the service status page before reinstalling.

Common setup questions
How long does setup take?
Around five minutes on most devices once you have your credentials, and closer to ten on a Firestick if you also need to enable installs from unknown sources. The longest part is usually typing a password with a TV remote.
Do I need any extra hardware?
No. If your television is a smart TV you need nothing else. If it is not, you need any streaming device you may already own — a Firestick, an Android box or an Apple TV. There is no dish, no cable box and no proprietary receiver.
What internet speed do I need?
A stable 25 Mbps connection comfortably handles 4K, and HD needs considerably less. Stability matters more than peak speed: a steady 30 Mbps line outperforms a faster one that fluctuates. A wired Ethernet connection is more reliable than Wi-Fi for a main television.
Can I set it up on more than one device?
Yes. Repeat the same steps with the same credentials on each device. Your plan limits how many can stream simultaneously, not how many you install on.
The app installed but will not accept my login.
Check you have selected the right login method for the credentials you were given — choosing M3U when you have a username and password, or the reverse, is the single most common setup mistake. The login troubleshooting page covers the rest.
Do I need a VPN to set this up?
No. A VPN is not required at any point in setup, and enabling one during setup can make a failed connection harder to diagnose. If you want to use a VPN, get everything working without it first, then add it.
