Refund Policy
When a refund applies, when it does not, and how to request one. Written to be read before you buy rather than after.

The short version
If the service does not work on your device and we cannot fix it with you, you get your money back. If it works as described and you simply changed your mind after using it, you generally do not. Everything below is the detail behind those two sentences.
When a refund applies
- We cannot get the service working on your device. If setup fails and our support cannot resolve it, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us within 7 days of activation.
- A sustained service-side outage. If a confirmed problem on our side leaves the service unusable for a prolonged period, we will credit the lost time or refund proportionally, at your preference.
- We told you something that turned out to be wrong. If we confirmed a specific channel or feature before you bought and it is not actually available, that is our error and you get a refund.
- You were charged incorrectly. A duplicate or incorrect charge is refunded in full as soon as it is confirmed.
When a refund does not apply
These exclusions exist because the underlying problem is not something a refund fixes, or because the service was delivered as described.
- A local network problem we have diagnosed together. If we have established that your connection or Wi-Fi is the cause, the service is working as sold. We will keep helping you improve it.
- Exceeding your connection limit. Hitting the limit on your plan is the plan working as described, not a fault. Upgrading is the fix.
- Credential sharing. Accounts suspended for sharing beyond the connection limit are not refunded.
- A specific channel not being carried, where we never said it was. This is exactly why we encourage asking before buying — we will answer honestly, including when the answer is no.
- Requests made after the refund window on a subscription that has been working normally.
- Change of mind after substantial use of a working service.
How to request a refund
Contact us and describe the problem
Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, or email biziptvbizz@gmail.com. Tell us what is happening and what you have already tried.
Let us try to fix it first
Most problems are configuration issues resolved in a few messages. If you have already worked through the troubleshooting checklist, say so and we will skip ahead.
If it cannot be fixed, we process the refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3 to 10 working days depending on the payment provider.
A note on why this policy reads the way it does
Plenty of providers in this market advertise an unconditional money-back guarantee and then decline the actual request. We would rather set out the real boundaries in advance, including the cases where we will say no, so that nothing here surprises you later.
The best way to avoid a refund conversation entirely is to ask before you buy. Tell us the channels you care about and the device you will use, and we will tell you honestly whether this will work for you. This policy forms part of our terms of service.
