Lemo TV login: how to sign in and fix login errors

Where IPTV login actually happens, which credentials you need, and how to work through the four errors that account for almost every failed sign-in.

Where do I log in?

IPTV login happens inside your player app, not in a web browser. You enter a server address, a username and a password into the app once, and it stores them. There is no website you sign into in order to watch, and there is no account dashboard you need before the channels will load.

This surprises people arriving from cable or a mainstream streaming service, where an account and a website come first. With IPTV the credentials are the account. Whoever sold you the subscription issued them, and the app is where they go.

How do I sign in, step by step?

  1. Open your IPTV player app

Login happens inside the player app on your device, not on a website. There is no web portal to sign into for watching — if a site asks for IPTV credentials in a browser, be cautious.

  2. Choose the right login type

Pick Xtream Codes if you were given a server address, username and password. Pick M3U if you were given a single long playlist URL. Choosing the wrong one is the most common cause of a rejected login.

  3. Enter your credentials exactly

Type them rather than pasting. Copied text frequently carries a trailing space, and passwords are case-sensitive. Check for confusable characters: a lowercase l, an uppercase I and the digit 1 look nearly identical in many fonts.

  4. Let the playlist finish loading

On first login the app downloads the full channel list and programme guide, which can take a minute or two. A blank screen immediately after a successful login usually just means it is still working.

If you have not installed a player yet, start with the app and APK guide to pick the right one for your device, then follow the device setup instructions.

Troubleshooting

Why is my Lemo TV login not working?

Four causes account for nearly every failed IPTV login. Work through them in this order — it is roughly the order of likelihood.

What you seeMost likely causeWhat to do
Invalid credentialsA typo, or the wrong login type selectedRetype rather than paste. Confirm whether the app wants Xtream Codes or M3U. Watch for confusable characters like l, I and 1.
Subscription expiredThe term endedCheck your expiry date. If it has passed, renew — the credentials themselves are usually reusable.
Connection limit reachedAnother device is already streamingClose the stream elsewhere, or move to a plan with more connections.
Cannot connect to serverNetwork, DNS or a service-side issueTest another app or device. If everything fails at once, check the status page.
Logs in, but no channelsThe playlist is still loadingWait a minute, then force-close and reopen the app. Message us if it stays empty.

If you use a VPN, try turning it off first

A VPN is not required for the service to work, and an overloaded VPN server is a frequent cause of both failed logins and stuttering playback. Disconnect it, try again, and reconnect afterwards if you prefer to use one.

Login FAQ

Questions about signing in

Where do I log in to Lemo TV?

Inside your IPTV player app, not on a website. You enter the server address, username and password we send you into the app once, and it remembers them. There is no separate web dashboard you need to sign into in order to watch.

I have a Lemo TV account from another provider. Can you reset my password?

No, and no one else can either except the provider you originally bought from. Credentials are issued by whoever sold you the subscription and only they can reset or reissue them. If you cannot reach that provider, your subscription cannot be recovered from outside — that is a structural feature of how IPTV accounts work, not a policy choice on our part.

Why does my login say "invalid credentials"?

In order of likelihood: a typo, the wrong login type selected, an expired subscription, or the connection limit already in use elsewhere. Retype the details rather than pasting, confirm whether your app wants Xtream Codes or M3U, and check your expiry date before assuming the account is broken.

What does "connection limit reached" mean?

Your plan allows a set number of devices streaming at the same time. If that number is already playing somewhere, a new login is refused. Close the stream on another device and try again. If you regularly hit this, you need more connections on your plan rather than a fix.

My login worked yesterday and fails today. What changed?

Usually the subscription expired, or the service is having a problem. Check your expiry date first, then check whether the issue affects every device or only one. If every device fails at once and the date is fine, it is more likely a service issue than an account one.

Can I use the same login on more than one device?

Yes. Install the app on as many devices as you like and enter the same credentials on each. The limit is on simultaneous streams, not installations — a one-connection plan means one device playing at a time, not one device total.

Is it safe to enter my IPTV credentials on a website?

Generally no. Legitimate IPTV login happens inside a player app. Websites offering to "check" or "verify" your IPTV credentials are a common credential-harvesting pattern. We will never ask for your password — we issued it, so we have no reason to.

Still locked out?

If you are a Lemo IPTV customer, message us with the email or order you used and we will check the account directly. If your subscription is with another provider, we will tell you honestly that we cannot reach it rather than waste your time.
