Our approach
Lemo IPTV collects as little personal data as possible. We have no user accounts on this website, no signup form and no login area. Because orders are handled over messaging apps rather than an automated checkout, the data we hold is essentially the conversation you had with us and what you told us during it.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us. The WhatsApp number, Telegram handle or email address you contact us from, plus anything you tell us in the conversation.
- Subscription details. The plan you bought, its term, its connection count and its expiry date, linked to the credentials we issued you.
- Payment confirmation. Confirmation that payment was received. We do not collect or store card numbers or bank details ourselves.
- Support history. The messages you send us, so that whoever picks up your next message has context.
What we do not collect
We do not operate advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers. We do not require you to create an account or provide identity documents.
Why we hold it
To provide the service you paid for, to answer your support messages with context, to process renewals and refunds, and to meet any legal or accounting obligations that apply to us. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond these.
Who has access
Our own staff, and the messaging platforms you choose to contact us through. If you message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, that conversation is also subject to the privacy policy of the platform in question, which we do not control. If you would rather not use a messaging platform, contact us by email instead.
How long we keep it
Subscription records are kept for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle renewals, disputes and accounting obligations. Message history persists in the messaging app as long as that app retains it. You can ask us to delete your records at any time, subject to any legal retention obligation.
Cookies
This website is a set of static pages. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no cookie-based login. Your browser may cache pages and assets as it would for any website.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these, email biziptvbizz@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data we hold. No system is entirely secure, and we would rather say that plainly than claim otherwise. Keep your own subscription credentials private — we will never ask you for your password, because we issued it and have no reason to need it back.
