Why don’t you publish a channel count?
Because the number would be wrong. Every IPTV lineup changes week to week as sources come and go, so a figure written into a web page is stale almost immediately. The precise-sounding counts you see elsewhere — 18,000 channels, 60,000 films — are marketing figures that nobody audits and that no customer can verify.
What is genuinely useful is whether the channels you watch are carried. So we publish categories, and we answer specific questions directly before you buy. If you tell us the five channels you actually care about, we will tell you honestly which of them we carry. That is a more useful conversation than a number, and it is one we can stand behind.
Which sports are covered?
The major North American leagues and the main European competitions are the backbone of the sports lineup, alongside combat sports and motorsport. Coverage of any given fixture depends on the source feeds available at the time, which is why we recommend asking about a specific competition rather than assuming from a category name.
If you follow a particular league closely, it is worth checking its own schedule — the NFL, NBA and Premier League all publish fixtures publicly, and some matches are subject to regional blackouts imposed by the rights holders rather than by any provider.
What about films and series?
The on-demand library sits alongside the live channels inside the same app, browsable by genre. It covers recent and older films plus full series box sets. Like the live lineup it changes over time, and like the live lineup we would rather you ask about something specific than rely on a headline number.
Whatever you plan to watch, it will play on whichever app suits your device — the lineup is identical on every platform and on every plan. Only the number of simultaneous streams differs, which is set by the plan you choose.
Questions about the lineup
How many channels do you have?
We deliberately do not publish a number. Lineups shift constantly as sources come and go, and any figure printed on a website is out of date within weeks. Competitors advertising precise counts like "18,000 channels" are quoting a number nobody is checking. If a specific channel matters to you, ask us and we will check it before you buy.
Is a specific channel or league included?
Ask before you subscribe and we will give you a straight answer, including if the answer is no. That is a better outcome for both of us than a refund request a week later.
Do you carry pay-per-view events?
PPV events are carried where the source provides them, but this varies by event and we will not promise a specific fight or match in advance. If a particular event is the reason you are subscribing, ask us close to the date rather than assuming.
Is there a programme guide?
Yes. An EPG is included and most player apps load it automatically alongside the channel list, showing what is on now and next. It is built on the same open XMLTV-style format the wider industry uses.
How often does the lineup change?
Continuously, in small ways. Channels are added, occasionally removed, and feeds are swapped for more reliable sources. Large changes are rare; small ones happen weekly and usually go unnoticed.
Can I request a channel that is not carried?
Yes, and it is worth asking. We cannot promise every request, but requests for channels several customers want are the ones most likely to be added.
