Who we are, how the service works, what we will and will not claim, and who writes the guides on this site.
What we do
Lemo IPTV is an IPTV provider. We sell subscriptions that deliver live television, sports, films and series over the internet to whatever device you already own — a smart TV, a Firestick, a phone, a laptop. There is no hardware to buy from us and no contract beyond the term you choose.
We are a small operation, and the way we work reflects that. Orders are handled by people over WhatsApp and Telegram rather than an automated checkout. Accounts are activated by hand. Support messages are answered by someone who can actually look at your account rather than a ticket queue.
How we operate
- Manual activation. Every order is checked by a person before it goes live. Slower at three in the morning, but it means mistakes get caught.
- Chat-first support. WhatsApp and Telegram, answered by people. No chatbot loop and no ticket number.
- Standard player apps. We do not lock you into a proprietary app. Your credentials work with the established IPTV players on every platform.
- Fixed terms, clear prices. Three, six or twelve months. No lifetime deals, no auto-renewal traps, no hidden fees.
What we won’t claim
The IPTV industry has a credibility problem, and most of it is self-inflicted. Precise channel counts nobody audits, uptime percentages nobody measures, testimonials with stock photographs attached, lifetime subscriptions from businesses that may not outlast the year.
We have chosen not to do any of that. You will not find a channel count on this site, because it would be out of date within weeks. You will not find customer testimonials, because we are not willing to invent them and have not built a verified collection process. You will not find star ratings in our structured data, because rating our own product would be fabricated. The review page sets out that reasoning in full, including our actual limitations.
Who writes the guides on this site?
The setup guides, troubleshooting pages and blog posts are written by the Lemo IPTV Editorial Team — the same people who answer support messages. That is deliberate: the guides cover the problems we actually get asked about, in the order we actually see them, rather than whatever ranks well.
It is an editorial team byline rather than a named individual, because the content is genuinely collective and we would rather say so than invent a person with a stock photograph and a fictional biography. Every guide carries a visible last-updated date so you can judge how current it is.

Infrastructure and reliability
The service runs on streaming servers we do not own outright but do monitor, and the honest position is that source feeds are outside our control. A channel can degrade without warning, and when that happens we re-source it. No provider in this industry can truthfully promise otherwise, and the ones who do are the ones to be careful of.
What we can influence is how quickly a problem gets noticed and fixed, and how honestly it gets communicated while it is happening. Our status page is manually maintained and says so plainly rather than displaying an automated-looking green light that is not measuring anything.
