How does the credit system work?
You buy a block of credits, and they sit on your balance until you spend them. Each subscription you create draws down credits based on its length and connection count — one credit per month per connection.
- 3-month, 1-connection account = 3 credits
- 12-month, 1-connection account = 12 credits
- 6-month, 2-connection account = 12 credits
- 12-month, 4-connection account = 48 credits
Credits never expire, so there is no pressure to sell on a schedule. You set your own retail prices, and the difference between those and your per-credit cost is your margin.
What your customers get
Exactly the same service described across the rest of this site — the same channel lineup, the same device compatibility, the same setup process. Nothing is held back for direct customers, and nothing in the credentials or the player app identifies us.
That also means the guides on this site are useful to your customers. You are welcome to point them at the setup guide and login troubleshooting, or to write your own using the same structure.
Questions about reselling
What is a credit worth?
One credit equals one month of a single-connection subscription. A three-month, one-connection account costs three credits; a twelve-month account costs twelve. Additional simultaneous connections multiply the cost proportionally, so a six-month two-connection account costs twelve credits.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your balance until you use them. There is no monthly minimum and no penalty for a quiet month, which matters if your sales are seasonal.
Is there a minimum order?
The smallest package is 10 credits. That is deliberately low so you can test the service, the panel and our support properly before committing to volume pricing.
Can I set my own retail prices?
Yes, entirely. What you charge your customers is your business. The per-credit cost is your wholesale rate and the margin above it is yours to set.
What support do my customers get?
Your customers are yours — they contact you, not us. You get a direct channel to our technical team for anything you cannot resolve. That keeps your brand in front of your customers while you still have real backup.
Can I try before buying a package?
Yes. We provide a limited number of trial credits to new resellers so you can verify the stream quality and the panel yourself. Message us and tell us roughly what volume you expect.
